My Story

Paola Gheis Profile

My name is Paola Gheis and I have enriched my professional experience in Blue chip companies, working for more than 15 years in Human Resources Management and globally supporting Sales and Marketing organizations.

However, let me tell you about some of my more concrete achievements.

I graduated in economics in Italy and I have a Master in Industrial Relations from the United States, which I got at University of  Wisconsin-Madison. In recent years, I began managing some of my properties transforming them, in a very short time, into high-income assets. In addition, I recently invested in Spain, buying properties in Barcelona and Sitges.

With what results? My property, Casita Sitges, located in a lovely beach town near Barcelona, in just over a year has achieved a 50% occupancy rate. The property, thanks to this success in such a short period, has appeared in several events of the industry as an inspiration to everyone who, like me, wants to achieve the same great results.

I love my job but there’s more in my life! I have lived in six Countries, I’ve managed projects in four Continents and I speak fluently four languages.

I am passionate about interior design and decoration; in fact I enjoy following contemporary art market trends and love going to shows and exhibitions. It’s due to this that I studied the business of Modern and Contemporary Art at Sotheby’s in London.

I generally think that some of the greatest pleasures of life can be found at a good table. I love to eat and drink well! My house is always full of friends, as hospitality is one of my biggest passions!
